Services and estimates
We provide upholstery and related services for vehicles and watercraft, including auto, RV, boat/marine, and motorcycle upholstery, repairs, restorations, and custom interior work. Any estimate or quote may be based on information you provide (including photos) and may change after an in-person inspection, measurement, teardown, material selection, or discovery of hidden damage such as rusted hardware, water intrusion, broken frames, or deteriorated foam. Colors and materials may vary by batch, lighting, and wear, and we do not guarantee an exact match to aged or sun-faded materials. Timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by material availability, supplier lead times, workload, shipping delays, and other factors outside our control.
Scheduling, drop-off, pick-up, and customer responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle, boat, RV, or other item and the work requested. You are responsible for removing personal items and valuables before drop-off; we are not responsible for items left inside. You are responsible for disclosing known issues that may affect the work, including water leaks, prior repairs, electrical problems, mold or mildew, and structural damage. You are responsible for picking up the item when notified that work is complete. Storage fees may apply for items not picked up within a reasonable period after completion where permitted by law.
Deposits, payments, and fees A deposit may be required to schedule work and/or order materials, especially for custom orders. Payments are due according to the schedule shown on your invoice or service agreement. Late payments may result in paused work, rescheduling, and/or additional fees where permitted by law. For custom materials or special orders, deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or work begins.
Cancellations and rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability. If you cancel after materials are ordered or custom work begins, you may be responsible for material costs, restocking fees if applicable, and labor already performed.
Materials, lead times, and changes Many upholstery materials have supplier or manufacturer lead times that can change. Any changes after approval, including material swaps, design changes, or scope changes, may require a change order and may affect price and timeline.
Warranties and disclaimers Any workmanship warranty will be stated on your invoice or written service agreement. Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply to materials and are controlled by the manufacturer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, improper cleaning, exposure to sun, salt, sand, or water, and damage caused by third parties are not covered unless expressly stated in writing.
Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability related to any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
